Report #1
Done- I have met with Jeff Miller who is re-designing the webpages and submitted our logo and layout for the ASG page. I have also purchased two ASG banners that we can hang up at our events, as well as high quality ASG shirts that our members can wear. As far as our ASG retreat I have set up our transportation as well as met with Scott Robertshaw to get ideas for an ice-breaker. I touched base with Mike Atencio at Rev-89, about getting ASG issues discussed on their 'you oughta know' show, as well as set up advertising with them for our 3oh!3 show. They are giving us free advertising in exchange for their banners and logo being visable at the show as well as ticket pick-up spots. I also was involved in the interview with Amy Matthew from the chieftain about the 3oh!3 concert, and one of my quotes was used in the article. I also sat on the facility fee board meeting, and helped vote in our new soccer lighting project.
Doing- I am currently working on the student discount program. As of Wednesday night the letters are all complete, and I am only awaiting approval on my list of business from the Foundation. Once that happens I will mail out all the letters, and start working on the reply letter that will be sent to the businesses that choose to participate, as well as the window cling they will recieve. I am also in the process of setting up a live remote from Rev-89 at the foam party during wolf pack welcome.
Planning- I am planning to start working on the ticket distribution for the 3oh!3 concert. I need to acquire a list of students enrolled for fall classes, and plan to use that like the library did last year for the football ticket distribution. I will need to plan the details such as where and when in the OUC those tickets will be distributed as well as who will be working what times at that table. I also am planning the material that will be on the ASG webpage, and think I want to distribute a few questions to everyone at the retreat so I can have short bio's on the page about every ASG member.

Report #2
DONE- The 3oh!3 tickets have been given to rev, and they are now holding give aways which is really helping promote the concert. The discount program letters have been sent out and businesses are already responding with their discounts that they will offer to students. I have also typed the letter responding to the businesses and thanking them for their participation.
DOING- I am currently waiting on the stickers to get finished for the discount program, so I can send those along with the letters to the participating businessess. I am also entering all the discounts into a spread sheet that will be linked to our ASG webpage, as well as formatted into a flyer to give out to students. We are also planning the logistics of the 3oh!3 ticket give away.
PLANNING- I am plannning on how I will get more businesses involved in the Discount Program, as well as what the flyer promoting the businessess will look like. I am also thinking about new or different ways to promote 3Oh!3 ticket sales away from campus.

Report #3
Done- I have mailed reply letters and their stickers to the 20 businesses who have decided to participate in the Student Discount Program. I also distributed flyers with those businesses and their discounts with the 3oh!3 tickets, and posted all of the discounts on the ASG facebook page( I messaged all members of the facebook group to notify them of this posting also).
3oh!3 ticket distribution was used as a Marketing ploy for us, we gave away hundreds of our brochures with the tickets, and I have brought both of our banners to the fair to be hung during the concert.
Doing- I am in the process of making sure all ASG members have their t-shirts, as well as having them check their personal information on our webpage. I also asked all ASG members to distribute our brochures in their various colleges so that those will be visable all over campus.
Planning- I am planning to contact the coordinating committees for both the TLC food drive, and Rake up Pueblo, to see if I may join on both of those. I would like our entire Student Government to participate in both events, I feel these would be great Public Relations activities. I am also planning on sending a campus wide e-mail notifying students of our discount program, as well as linking the discount list to the ASG webpage. Once this is done I will work on an updated brochure to distribute also.

Report #4
Done- I have distributed most of the ASG shirts, and e-mailed the web manager the discount list so that can be posted on our webpage. Also a work order has been put in to hang out ASG banner in the OUC main hall.
Doing- I am sitting on the coordinating committee for the Tom and Louie's cupboard food drive, where I will handle much of the publicity for the event. It is a community wide food drive that will feed as many as 400 families during thanksgiving so I find it to be a very important and beneficial event for our Student Government to be involved in. We will also be participating in Rake Up Pueblo in November.
Planning- I am planning on the committment of the number of Turkeys ASG will be able to provide to the food drive. Each school sets a goal for Turkeys and is responsible to provide those by Thanksgiving. I think between 50-75 would be a fair, yet substantial amount to commit. I also need to donate around 50 boxes and I am thinking of asking Chartwells for their left over boxes to handle that.

Report #4
Done- For the TLC food drive we have committed 75 turkeys, and we will also be working with Chartwells on potentially donating food toward our cause with their clean plate program. The Discount Program List is also now located on the Web Page.
Doing- I have created an ASG fan page on facebook that will give us another route to hear from students. I am also still soliciting donors for the TLC food drive for that cause. I am waiting to hear back from auxiliery services to see if we can hang out banner in the main hall where the text message banner currently is, so that students know where we are located.
Planning- I am planning on ways to distribute the new flyer that has been made for the Student Discount Program. I am also willing to take any input on how to manage the ASG facebook fan page
